An $80,000 purchase from ELiTE’s inaugural consignment at the 2017 Fasig-Tipton Horses of Racing Age Sale, SIEM RIEP picked up his first Stakes win for owner Marc Detampel and trainer Ben Colebrook.
The hard-knocking, 5yo son of Tapit was purchased by Detampel fresh off of his maiden-breaking win and has since picked up 5 wins, 4 seconds and 2 thirds, going on to earn $295,011.
