Ending the 2022 Keeneland January sale with a 100% clearance rate, ELiTE added another feather in its cap, ending the sale as the leading consignor by average in book 2.
ELiTE not only closed the session leading by average but also sold the top-priced racing/broodmare prospect in THESIS BREAK. The 4-year-old daughter of Munnings owned by Seth Klarman’s Klaravich Stables fetched $210,000 from Hill ‘n’ Dale at Xalapa with John Sikura signing the ticket. She shipped into the sale from trainer Chad Brown’s string at Belmont in excellent condition and was quite the pretty picture.
