Elite Leads During Robust Book 2 Session

Elite Sales led the third session at Keeneland November yesterday, posting an average of $309,375 from 8 horses sold, including Michael Dubb, Madaket Stables, Wonder Stables and Mike Caruso’s Orglandes (FR) who topped the group, selling for $440,000 to Shimokobe Farm.

Sevnteeneightysevn, owned in part by Nathan McCauley and Madaket Stables, sold in-foal to Horse of the Year Authentic for $400,000 to Magna Carta Bloodstock.

New York Groove, a two-time stakes winner and undefeated two-year-old campaigned by Commonwealth New Era Racing, Madaket Stables and Wonder Stables, sold $400,000 in-foal to Authentic as well to Woodfords Thoroughbreds.

Klaravich Stables’ G3 Endeavour winner Counterparty Risk went for $400,000 to Heider Family Stables.

The sale continues for Elite on Sunday during the second session of Book 3 before switching focus to Racehorse Day, which comes on Friday, November 19th, the final day of the November Sale.
