Elite Grads Stay Hot in 2020

A couple of Elite 2019 Keeneland November graduates made their mark over the weekend as Elite runners continued to make their mark on the racetrack.

Trickle In, a late addition to the racehorse session in Book 5, took her first start since the sale when going gate to wire in a first level allowance race at Fair Grounds on Friday for new owner CJ Thoroughbreds.

The daughter of Temple City had previously broken her maiden in her debut in gate to wire fashion as well, and now looks to be bound for stakes company after taking her record to two for two.

Another Broad, purchased by Kip Knelman for $340,000 during Book 2, closed stoutly down the middle of the track to run a good 3rd in the Ladies Handicap at Aqueduct yesterday.

Since Elite Sales was created in 2017, we have had 53 horses run after they went through the ring, with 26 individual stakes performances, which is good for 49%, and 12 individual stakes winners.
